Rann Utsav is a celebration of life, festivities and culture of Kutch. Since 2006, Gujarat Tourism is organizing Rann Utsav, the majestic desert carnival, every year. The festival has gained immense popularity among domestic and foreign tourists alike and growing in scale and scope year by year.
